Buyers should consider the following when purchasing a home:

How much would you like to spend on a house or investment property?

What is the percentage or amount you are able use for a down payment?

Where would you prefer to live? The town, school system and size of property?

Create a list of what you would like in your home including: old or new house; historic, contemporary or new construction; number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, garage, levels, pool, etc. This list will narrow down your search.

Select a Realtor. You must feel comfortable working with your realtor and sharing all of this information with them.

View Homes that are of Interest to you. Your realtor will search for houses that fit your requirements and your desires. Then your realtor will present you with available listings. After you decide on which homes that you are interested in viewing your realtor will make appointments at your convenience for you to preview.

When we locate your “Dream Home or Investment Property” and you are interested in presenting an offer your realtor will guide and assist you through the Offer and Acceptance process. Once your offer is accepted and you are out of Attorney Review your realtor will assist you on the procedures, inspections, etc.
